By accessing to Qian Hu Corporation Limited’s website, known as the “Site” or “Qian Hu Shop”), you, known as the “User”, hereby acknowledge that the User has read, understood and agree to be bound by this policy.

If you do not agree, please discontinue the access to this Site and/or Services immediately.

Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) and its management hereby express their right to revise, amend, withdraw or make changes to these terms and conditions, and policies, in part or in whole at any time with or without prior notice to its Users. All such revisions, amendments, withdrawals or changes shall be automatically, or immediately effective once they are posted on the Site.

 

1)Online Store Terms / Indemnity

The use of Qian Hu Corporation Limited’s (“Qian Hu Shop”) Services requires that Users are above the age of 18 and of independent authority to make online purchases.

By using the Site, the User shall agree to indemnify and hold Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) and its employees and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including any statutory liability and 3rd party liabilities) that made by any third party due to, or arising from the use of the Site and/or Services and/or the User’s breach of the Terms of Use.

 

2) Order Confirmation

Orders made online by the User shall be deemed to be confirmed upon the sending of a shipping confirmation email with an order's tracking number to let the User know when his or her items have been shipped.

 

However, all items for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of the User's order.

 

If the User's order contains item(s) that are out of stock, Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) reserves the right to send an email to the User to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered or offer the User an opportunity to choose whether the User wants to receive a full refund for the unavailable item(s) or an alternative item instead.

 

If any product was delivered to the User by mistake, Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) reserves the right to collect the wrong product delivered.

 

Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors or discrepancies will be corrected when discovered and Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) reserves the right to refuse to sell, correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission. This extends to cover orders that have been paid for and submitted.

 

3) Accuracy of Content: Pricing and Product Information

Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) attempts to be as accurate as possible when making available material (e.g. pricing and product information) on the Site.

The expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product lifespan before it is opened for use.

​

However, Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) cannot be held responsible in the usage of any product descriptions or other content on the Site that are deemed to be inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable, outdated or with error. Any reliance on the content on this site is at the User’s own risk.

If a product offered by Qian Hu Corporation Limited is found to be not as described, the User should flag this via e-mail as soon as possible to qianhu_retail@qianhu.com within 24 hours upon receiving of the product.

4) Modifications to the Services and Prices

All pricing stated on our website is inclusive of GST and are in Singapore Dollars.

Prices for products listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice to the User. Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) reserves the right at any point in time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice.

 

Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) is not liable to any User or third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5) Product Warranties

The following terms and conditions relate to the warranty of Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) products purchased within Singapore ONLY.

 

Product warranty shall be limited to Electrical Products ONLY. The period of warranty shall take effect from the product purchased date and shall cover a period of one (1) year.

 

Warranty on other products will be based on a case by case basis.

 

Should the User report a defective product (excluding the User mishandling of the product) to Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) within 3 days of purchase, Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) will arrange for a 1 for 1 replacement of the product, subjected to stock availability.

 

6) Modes of Payment

We accept debit and credit cards.

7) Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

In order to access certain features of the Site (e.g. buying items and placing orders for delivery), you must register for an account with Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form found on the Checkout or Account page.

 

The user represents and warrants that: (a) all required registration information provided by the user is truthful and accurate; (b) the user will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) the use of the Site by the user does not violate any applicable law or regulation or the terms of this Agreement.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) Account login information. You are fully responsible for all activities that are associated with your Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) Account (including but not limited to any purchases, use of the Site, or correspondence from your account to Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop").

 

The Customer consents to disclose personal information provided to Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”), to be made available to all relevant staff, agents and representatives of Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”), service providers and contractors, including delivery representatives.

8) Delivery Service Surcharge

No delivery will be made outside mainland Singapore or to post office boxes. 

​

All products will be shipped to the address provided by the User upon check-out, Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages due to the User provision of an incorrect address to Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) during checkout.

 

To avoid such situations, kindly check your address carefully to ensure that full and correct address is provided during checkout.

Should the package be returned to Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) due to an invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, the User will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited.

 

8.1) Delivery Lead Time 

The following is only applicable to orders made online.

 

Standard Delivery

1. Stock Status: Available/ In stock

1.1. Stocks are available, with the earliest delivery within 7 business days from the date of order received.

Parcel will be sent directly to the User’s shipping address by Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”)’s appointed delivery vendor. Kindly ensure that someone is around to receive the parcel.

 

9) Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) are made pursuant to a contract with Qian Hu Corporation Limited’s (“Qian Hu Shop”) appointed delivery vendor.

Should your order arrives incomplete in whole or in part, please notify Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) via e-mail at yh.ecommerce@qianhu.com within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) may, at its discretion, assist in locating of your order.

​

For Users who provide an Authority to Leave parcels unattended, the risk of loss and title for items purchased is passed to you when the delivery has been delivered and left at the indicated Shipping Address.

10) Return and Exchange

At Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”), your satisfaction is very important to us. We know you are all busy, so we have made our exchange policy easy and convenient. No refund is allowed at Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”).

 

10.1)Conditions for Exchange

1. The product is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date.

2. Product can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.

3. The wrong product is delivered.

4. The product can be exchanged provided that the product is in new and original condition with price tag and sticker, if any, still attached.

10.2)Exclusions

1. Products that were sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. Free products given as part of a promotion you enjoyed cannot be returned for exchanged.

3. Product purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange.

How to Exchange Your Online Purchase(s):

Products purchased online can be returned to our retail store at Qian Hu Fish Farm for an exchange.

​

The User may change to a different product of the same value or more (the User will have to pay for the price difference before collecting the exchanged product).

​

No refund will be entertained if the product exchanged is of a lower value than the original product purchased and paid online.

​

Please bring the original product(s) and your proof of purchase (order confirmation with order number) to our retail store at Qian Hu Fish Farm and approach the cashier staff to process your exchange.

​

Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) reserves the right for the final decision.

​

Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) reserves the right to change the terms & conditions above at any time without prior notice.

Upon the User informing Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) about a defective product, Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) will request from the User a picture of the defective product, Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) will then conduct a quality evaluation. Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) will send an email to the User to arrange for a 1 for 1 replacement of the defective product after Qian Hu Corporation Limited (“Qian Hu Shop”) has completed evaluation of your defective product and if it is deemed to be a valid exchange.
